To log in for the first time, please use the information provided to you in your Welcome Email. Username: Your Member Number and Extension. For example: S0001-000 Primary account holder's extension is -000, spouse's extension is -001, oldest child's is -002 and so on. An email must have been provided on the application for a family member for them to use the site. Password: The first time you log in, your password will be your last name in all lowercase letters. For example: smith *you will be prompted to create your own password after logging in the first time Common Errors: Online accounts take 24-48 hours to be created after membership activation. If you try to log in for the first time and receive the following error: "Invalid username or password," your online account has not yet activated. If you are logging in for the first time and receive the following error: "Insufficient account rights to access requested document.
